At Nicole Austin Co., we proudly offer personalized one-on-one coaching sessions with Nicole, a certified life coach with a decade of experience. Specializing in love and relationships, self-development, and finances, Nicole is passionately committed to guiding you on your extraordinary journey to a better you. Unlock your potential and achieve your goals with expert support tailored to your unique needs. *PLEASE READ* First time clients: You will receive a consent form to the email address you provide at purchase. That consent form MUST be returned at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled session; unless you book within 24 hours of your session, in that case, it needs to be returned at least four (4) hours before your scheduled session. If this form is not received within the above stated window, and you have not made an effort to communicate with me on issues, concerns or rescheduling, you will forfeit that scheduled session; you will not be able to reschedule. You will have to pay and schedule a new session. If this occurs more than once, you will not be allowed to schedule any further sessions.
Cancellation Policy
You will receive an email with a consent form within the next 24 hours. It is mandatory that you complete it before your session. Once it is completed, you will receive the link to your scheduled appointment.You must cancel at least 24 hours before scheduled session to be able to reschedule without penalty. If you are more than 10 minutes late to a session, without at least 24 hours notice, you will forfeit that session, unless you can prove there were unavoidable circumstances.
