Refund and Return Policy

Exchanges only will be accepted on "Life Sucks: Get Over It". Customer must notify the merchant within 7 days of receiving the product that they wish to exchange the product. Nicole Austin Company, will only process the exchange if the product is received damaged.
Customer/student will receive partial refund of 50% of tuition paid if they cancel any course or class within 48 hours of the course or class start date, by notifying Nicole Austin Co. in writing. via email or contact form. If the company is not notified within 48 hours of start date, no refunds will be issued.
There are NO refunds on Life Coaching sessions. You can transfer what you've paid towards rescheduling for a different available time (once per confirmed appointment, and must be AT LEAST 24 hours before scheduled session), or you can transfer your payment towards other products and/or services offered by Nicole Austin Company LLC.
It is the clients responsibility to cancel their subscription. There will be no refunds on any plans or subscriptions, even if there are unused sessions.
