When the unexpected happens
Service Description
Current Clients ONLY: If you need a session, and it’s outside of normal business hours, this is for you. Pick the closest available date, then email info@nicoleaustin.org or text your coach, to inform them that the emergency session was booked. You are guaranteed a session within 24 hours of booking, or your money back.
Cancellation Policy
You will receive an email with a consent form within the next 24 hours. It is mandatory that you complete it before your session. Once it is completed, you will receive the link to your scheduled appointment.You must cancel at least 24 hours before scheduled session to be able to reschedule without penalty. If you are more than 10 minutes late to a session, without at least 24 hours notice, you will forfeit that session, unless you can prove there were unavoidable circumstances.
