15-minute consultations with Coach Nicole are a friendly, focused chat to understand why you’re seeking coaching and what meaningful progress looks like for you. You will also receive a $50 discount on your first session, if you book a consultation. This consultation will help Coach Nicole identify your top goals. You’ll leave with clarity on your priorities and a concrete next step, whether that’s scheduling a full coaching package, a follow-up session, or some tailored exercises. Cancellation Policy
You will receive an email with a consent form within the next 24 hours. It is mandatory that you complete it before your session. Once it is completed, you will receive the link to your scheduled appointment.You must cancel at least 24 hours before scheduled session to be able to reschedule without penalty. If you are more than 10 minutes late to a session, without at least 24 hours notice, you will forfeit that session, unless you can prove there were unavoidable circumstances.
